Terms of Sale within Bakery Crafts' Website

A) EXISTING CUSTOMERS: Terms are NET 30 DAYS, F.O.B. POINT OF ORIGIN.

A finance charge of 11/2% per month will be assessed on unpaid balances after 30 days.

B) ORDERS

We have no minimum order requirement. Orders may be placed with your local Bakery Crafts representative, authorized distributor, or directly by mail, phone, fax or E-mail to our warehouse. Please include your company name, address, phone number and contact person on all orders Faxed or E-mailed to us. Orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays; however, we do encourage you to visit our website 24 hours a day to place your order once a password has been established for your account.

C) PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All orders will be shipped MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or C.O.D. until a Bakery Crafts credit application has been received and approved. To expedite shipment of your first order, we recommend payment by credit card. If you do not have a credit application, please request one from our customer service representatives.

D) SHIPPING:

Orders over $125.00 net (from our West Chester warehouse) will be shipped prepaid within thecontinental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam). Orders are shipped by our choice of common carrier. Orders under $125.00 net will be charged a $7.00 per box shipping fee. At your request and cost, we will ship 2nd Day, Next Day, and/or Saturday delivery. All air freight orders must be received at Bakery Crafts offices no later than 2:00 PM EST to be processed. For C.O.D. orders, C.O.D charges plus $3.00 handling per box will always be added to the invoice even when the order qualifies for prepaid freight. A $3.00 charge will be added to all orders shipped to a residential address. Products which are "Drop Shipped" (DS) do not qualify for free freight and are billed F.O.B. point of origin.

All prices are wholesale. WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL. Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at price prevailing at the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

F) WESTERN ZONES 6, 7, 8:

On freight heavy items shipping to zones 6, 7 and 8, you will automatically be charged West Coast Pricing.

G) BREAKAGE:

Please closely examine and count the number of cartons upon receiving your order. Since we insure each shipment, CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER. All damaged products, including the shipping container, must be kept for the carrier's inspection. All claims for damage must be filed with the carrier within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Your account will be credited for damaged merchandise once the paperwork has been completed by the common carrier.

G) SALES.

 We do not sell on consignment.

 H) DISCREPANCIES:

 Any discrepancies must be reported to our office within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please check the shipping carton and packing material closely, since small items can be easily overlooked. Be sure to check all boxes.
