Terms of Sale within Bakery Crafts' Website
A) EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
We have no minimum order requirement. Orders may be placed with your local Bakery Crafts® representative, authorized distributor, or directly by mail, phone or fax. Call Toll Free: 800-543-1673, Fax: 513-942-3835 or visit www.bakerycrafts.com. Please include your company name, address, phone number and contact person on all orders faxed to us. Orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our office is closed on weekends and national holidays; however, we do encourage you to visit our website at www.bakerycrafts.com to place your order once a password has been established for your account.
C) PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Bakery Crafts® accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or C.O.D. or Prepayment options are also available for all orders until a credit application has been received and approved; you may request the credit application from our Customer Service Representative. To expedite your order and eliminate applicable C.O.D. Fees, we recommend payment by credit card. Prepayments may be made by check, money order or certified check and sent to: P.O. Box 37, West Chester, OH 45071.
Orders $75.00 and over net (from our West Chester warehouse) will be shipped prepaid within the continental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam). Orders are shipped by our choice of common carrier. Orders under $75.00 net will be charged a shipping fee of $7.00 per box. At your request and your cost, we will expedite your order by shipping 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day providing the order is received by Bakery Crafts® no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Stardard Time. An expedited handling fee of $4.00 will be added to your invoice, above any freight cost, when you request same day shipping. A fee of $3.00 will be added to the invoice when the order is being shipped to a Residential address. Products which are “Drop Shipped” (DS) do not qualify for Free Freight, will not be included in the minimum order amount for prepaid freight and are billed F.O.B. point of origin.
All prices are wholesale. WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL. Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at price prevailing at the date of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
F) WESTERN ZONES 6, 7, 8:
On freight heavy items (please refer to price list for items ending in WC) shipping to zones 6, 7 and 8, you will automatically be charged West Coast Pricing.
Please closely examine and count the number of cartons upon receiving your order. (Since we insure each shipment), CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER. All damaged products, including the shipping container, must be kept for the carrier's inspection. All claims for damage must be filed with the carrier within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Your account will be credited for damaged merchandise once the paperwork has been completed by the common carrier.
Any discrepancies must be reported to our office within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please check the shipping carton and packing material closely, since small items can be easily overlooked. Be sure to check all boxes.
We do not sell on consignment. We encourage you to order as early, prior to your needs, as possible. Freight companies do not always meet published delivery dates.
We make every effort to dispatch your order by following business day. Holidays and special events may extend processing.
J) STOCK OUTS:
Occasionally, temporary stock outs occur. We do not back order temporarily out of stock items. You will need to reorder.
