Open Internet Explorer.(IE 6.X)

Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.

In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.

Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop
up.

Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting, Enable
paste options via script and Scripting of Java applets
-
Click OK twice to close out.

Hit Refresh.(F5 key)

In Internet Options dialog box select the General tab.

Click Settings under the Tabs Section. The Tabs Browser settings dialog box
will pop up.

Under "When a pop-up is encountered" catagory select "Always open
pop-ups in a new window"

Click OK twice to close out.

In Internet Options dialog box select the Advanced tab.

Under Security category and Phishing Filter subcategory, select "Disable
Phishing Filter"

Click OK twice to close out.
